  • Mmm...but needs more pictures!

Searching for ice cream recipes online for use with my new Kitchen Aid ice cream maker attachment for my stand mixer, this book was continually referenced. So, I had to get it. Great variety, yummy recipes. My only complaint is that there should be photos of ALL recipes. Buy. Enjoy. Mmm...

  • Don't buy this if you plan on reading on your iPhone

    By strobotron
Content is great - but the orientation of the book is locked into landscape mode, so you cannot view this in portrait mode … meaning, if you are trying to view on an iPhone forget it unless you like zooming into 3-4 different portions of the page just to read the details.
  • Not well formatted.

Make sure to check out the sample of this book before purchasing, then do the same for competitor's versions of this ebook. The book itself is fantastic, but the iBook version does not let you adjust the font size or color. And that's too bad because the font is TINY on some pages! It's too hard to read. I tried a sample of the ebook from another source (you all know who I mean), and that one does allow you to adjust the font size. As much as I would love to buy this from Apple, I'm afraid a book that has text too tiny to read is just not practical.
  • Not like any iBook I have bought

It is like this is a PDF or something weird. Can't change font size or do any other iBook feature.
