    I was truly clueless as to what a Alkaline diet was but thanks to this book I am now fully versed in what it is. I do feel that this is a very informative book. It gives different recipes for different health issues which I think is awesome. Nothing in the book seems difficult to make even for beginners.

    If you're looking to start a diet, I really recommend this book. It's easy to follow, and there's a whole bunch of options to choose from. It does a really good job of describing the diet and telling you how to follow it. Not only does it have meals, but it also has drinks and snacks! I tried a few of these recipes and they were quite good!

    The Essential Alkaline Cookbook is great for those trying to be healthier. I like how they have the recipes labeled for thyroid issues, kidney issues and immunity issues. That way you can pick recipes that may help you with an area of your diet you are trying to focus on. The book also gives a great 30 day meal plan based on those three areas too. I'm a fairly good cook and when I review the recipes none of them look too complicated that the average cook would have issues with. It's a great book to add to your collection if you are trying to improve your health or looking for some new tasty recipes. I recieved a copy for review purposes.     I'm not a great eater so I found this book pretty interesting. It is based on eating a diet catered to the acid-alkaline levels in our bodies. It also talkes about how important pH is and how our eating habits cause us to be more acidic. This can cause numerous problems like heartburn and disease. It has vibrant photos and easy to follow charts. My favorite is the smoothie section which I plan to try all of and although I don't think I could follow this diet fully, I enjoy having these healthier alternatives to give a try.

    While I didn't really know much about the Alkaline Diet until I read this cookbook, but I was excited to learn more about it. This book has 150 recipes for helping keep you healthy and bring balance back to your body. along with a 30 day meal plan to help support your immune system  This book is great for anyone who wants to get back to the basics of eating while maintaining a healthy body.

    this is an interesting book,but I am a meat eater and do not want to become vegan,all there recipes exclude animal products.Also all there recipes call for coconut which I hate,so i will not be making any of these recipes.I do like how they have an explination of what alkiline diet is since I had never heard of it.

    I thought this was a great cookbook/guide for people like me who love meal planning. I'm following the immunity-boost plan currently and love it. I also like how all the recipes show if they are kidney support, thyroid support or immunity boost, or all three. Great info.

It has a guide that shows what foods are good foods and what to avoid. It explains why you need to watch the PH of the foods that you are putting into your body, and the benefits of doing so. I think that It would be great for those that are actively dieting and anyone who has some kind of thyroid or kidney issue, or a reason to be preventative about those diseases. Good book and some really delicious recipes.
